When you purchase a book on Heritage Trails, we collect only the information strictly necessary to process your payment and deliver your book:
- Contact Details: Full Name, Email Address, and Indian Mobile Number.
- Shipping Information: Postal Address, City, State, and 6-digit PIN code.
- Transaction Records: Order reference, item quantities, and gateway payment reference.
2. Payment Data Security
We never store or process debit/credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers. All transactions are securely handled through PCI-DSS compliant Indian payment gateways (Razorpay).
3. Data Sharing with Courier Partners
Your shipping address and mobile phone number are shared exclusively with logistics couriers (e.g., India Post / Shiprocket partner carriers) for package delivery and SMS tracking updates. We do not sell or rent customer data.
